How does buying a statue help?
Sales help fund the 50-foot George Washington we’re building.
Where is the Colossus being built?
Near Austin, Texas. Phase one is a 50-foot George Washington: aluminum panels on a steel frame.
What is the America 250 George Washington Statue?
A 16-inch statue modeled on the George Washington that stood over the 1939 New York World’s Fair, on a black base cut with his own words from 1789. Made in the USA, in Capitol White or Dark Bronze. See the statue.
How much is shipping?
Free on U.S. orders of $49.99 or more, a flat $7.99 below that. We ship within the US only.
What is your return policy?
Returns within 30 days, by mail, with return shipping paid by the customer. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale: custom busts, memorial plaques, memorial bricks and the Archer statue. Full return policy.
How much does a custom statue cost?
Mini statues run $200–$10,000, life-size $10,000–$200,000 and monuments from $200,000. We quote each piece after a call. What sets the price.
How does a commission work?
Mini statues and busts: a call, a digital model to review, a physical prototype for your approval, then delivery. Life-size and larger: a call, a sketch, a clay or resin model, then we scale it up and make it. Commission a statue.
Do you take commissions outside the US?
Yes. We work with clients anywhere.
Can I put my name on the monument?
Yes. A memorial brick engraved with your name or your organization’s is built into the monument, and memorial plaques are displayed at it.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. More Monuments Co is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 99-4579774, and gifts are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
What are the ways to give?
By card, through a donor-advised fund or stock, or in crypto through The Giving Block. Donate.
